Robert Foster, arguably the nation's top receiver recruit, will head to Tuscaloosa this weekend to visit the Alabama Crimson Tide as the Mississippi State Bulldogs come to town.
Out of Monaca (Pa.) Central Valley High School, Foster holds offers from all over the country. His top schools, however, seem to be Ohio State, Pittsburgh and the Crimson Tide, with the latter two seen as his two front runners.
Foster has good speed, excellent leaping ability and body control.
Three (and only three) reasons Mississippi State can play with Alabama
Foster may be impressed with the play of Alabama freshman receiver Amari Cooper, who has amassed 425 yards on 28 catches, including five touchdowns. Playing time is often important to star receivers, and Foster may believe that he can duplicate the success had by Cooper should he come to Alabama.
While many believe this game will be close, the boys in Las Vegas do not, pegging Alabama as a favorite by almost 24 points.
Alabama currently has 19 commitments and is challenging for the No. 1 class in the nation.
