I am almost done traveling for the summer. The Florida State camp July 16-18 will be my last, and then I am off to ACC Media Day July 20-22. After that, we'll be in full preview mode. I expect the talent at Florida State's camp to be some of the best it has ever been. Almost every elite target I spoke with at The Opening confirmed they'll be in town. I'll have a preview of the event Wednesday morning.
Thought #USCe would get him in. Former #Noles commit RT @gogamecocks Wideman comes up short in qualifying http://t.co/tNuNPsIj2O#gg

-Here is a neat story by the Orlando Sentinel on Jameis Winston day. Winston speaks at length about his ups and downs.
-Bruce Feldman and Stu Mandel are now both at Fox Sports, which is apparently really throwing around its TV money. And they have a great new podcast called The Audible.
-What a cool story about Mark Richt and his humanitarian efforts for former players.
-Phil Steele says that Florida State is the team that, based on yards/play, is most likely to have the same or worse record. Of course, it's impossible to improve on a winning percentage of 100 percent.
-Miami may finally have hit on a JUCO defensive tackle. The Hurricanes badly needed it. We'll see if it shows up in games.
-Florida State ended the SEC's run of National Titles, and its run of media guides reflecting such.
-Florida State has seen some movement in the Vegas lines. Our "On The Line" podcast returns soon.
-Andy Hutchins looks at several scenarios for Florida.
-Remember the hubub about the new logo, which was supposed to be easier to embroider, looking poor on some embroidered merchandise? Turns out that was probably a hoax.
Remember the new logo botched polo (left) from a few wks back? Looks like it was inside out & reflected in a mirror. pic.twitter.com/0HX7Yd8ct5

The guy who originally posted the "botched" logo got called out last night and and made his twitter account private. He got busted.

I can say that the new logo and uniforms are not changing. Absolutely not. And further, it was FSU that came to Nike to ask for the change, not a suggestion by Nike.
-Mack Brown is now an analyst for ESPN. That will suck. He'll never criticize a coach or offer anything resembling analysis. Hooray platitudes.
-As always, I'll add to this throughout the day, so check back in.
