Who should be on the All-ACC team, and which teams will win each division? Bud Elliott and Mark Ennis give their picks.

ACC media days, dubbed "ACC Kickoff," begins Sunday. I am covering the event for SB Nation and will be turning in my ballot for the predicted team finish and the All-ACC team. Mark Ennis, of Card Chronicle, also gives his predictions.

Division predictions

ACC Atlantic

1. Florida State
2. Clemson
3. Louisville
4. Syracuse
5. N.C. State
6. Boston College
7. Wake Forest

FSU first, Wake Forest last, and the rest could really fall in any other order. I think some may have Louisville at No. 2, and I can't argue with that too much.

ACC Coastal

1. North Carolina
2. Virginia Tech
3. Duke
4. Miami
5. Georgia Tech
6. Pitt
7. Virginia

Other than Virginia finishing last, I don't know anyone who feels strongly about what will happen in the Coastal. And neither does Vegas. No school is an odds-on favorite and four schools have odds shorter than 5/1 at most casinos. I considered picking Miami, but starting the season at Louisville with a new QB is tough, and the Hurricanes are the only possible Coastal contender to draw Florida State.

Championship game: Florida State over UNC.

Mark

Atlantic
1. Florida State
2. Clemson
3. Louisville
4. NC State
5. Syracuse
6. Boston College
7. Wake Forest

Coastal
1. Duke
2. Miami
3. North Carolina
4. Virginia Tech
5. Pittsburgh
6. Georgia Tech
7. Virginia

In the Atlantic, if there were any way for me to vote Florida State first and second place, I would do it. In addition to having the best player and easily the most talented roster, the 'Noles get Clemson at home. Louisville and Clemson will be in a battle for second place with the nod going to the Tigers, who get Louisville at home in October. Nobody else in the division will be in position to challenge for one of the top two spots.

In the Coastal Division, I considered casting lots since no other method of predicting winners has proven any more effective. I refuse to get sucked into the North Carolina hype this year, though I do think the 'Heels will be in the mix. Miami has quarterback issues and draws both Louisville and Florida State from the Atlantic Division. Duke has probably the best coach, an experienced roster, and gets North Carolina and Virginia Tech at home while drawing Wake Forest and Syracuse from the Atlantic. They're my pick to win the division.

Bud's All-ACC Ballot

QB: Jameis Winston (FSU)
RB: Duke Johnson (Miami), Karlos Williams (FSU)
WR: Rashad Greene (FSU), Jamison Crowder (Duke)
TE: Nick O'Leary (FSU)
OT: Cam Erving (FSU), Erek Flowers (Miami)
OG: Tre Jackson (FSU), Josue Matias (FSU)
C: Andy Gallik (BC)
DE: Vic Beasley (Clemson), Mario Edwards Jr. (FSU)
DT: Eddie Goldman (FSU), Grady Jarret (Clemson)
LB: Denzel Perryman (Miami), Terrance Smith (FSU), Stephone Anthony (Clemson)
CB: Kendall Fuller (VT), P.J. Williams (FSU)
S: Jalen Ramsey (FSU), Jeremy Cash (Duke)
K: Roberto Aguayo (FSU)
P: A.J. Hughes (VT)
SP Ryan Switzer (UNC)

There were some tough calls here. Receivers Tyler Boyd (Pitt) and Stacy Coley (Miami) were tough to leave off this ballot. Jake Smith, the center for Louisville, was a tough snub. As were defensive tackle Luther Maddy (Virginia Tech) and cornebrack Ronald Darby (Florida State).

School breakdown: FSU 13, Clemson 3, VT 2, Miami 3, Duke 2 Pitt 1, BC 1, UNC 1. More Florida State players than players from the rest of the league? Yes. But remember, people honestly believed that Florida State could have beaten an all-star team comprised of the rest of the ACC in 2013, and the bulk of that squad is back.

Player of the year: Jameis Winston, Florida State
