While Clemson received some bad news Thursday with the decommitment of Robert Nkemdiche, the Tigers will have some good news come Saturday as they host the top defensive tackle recruit in the country, Montravius Adams. And he's bringing his mom as Clemson hosts the Maryland Terrapins in what could be the most lopsided ACC contests of the weekend.
#Auburn or #Clemson for Montravius Adams this weekend? It is Clemson. Dabo and company will get him back on campus with his mom. #Tigers

Clemson has long been considered one of the top contenders to land Adams. He likes Clemson's coaching staff, which has a good track record of putting defensive linemen into the NFL.
The Tigers currently have a commitment from defensive tackle Scott Pagano, of Hawaii. Clemson's class currently sits at 18 players, and the Tigers have room to take a full class should they elect to do so.
