Hill was originally an Alabama commitment in the class of 2012, but upon failing to qualify, headed for Hargrave Military Academy (Va.).
Hill is a massive 6'6 and 340 pounds, and projects as an offensive tackle on the right side or a guard, depending on what level of fitness he can work himself into upon arriving on campus. He is rated as a three or four-star recruit, depending on service.
Hill is the 21st commitment of the 2013 class for the Rebels, and the third offensive lineman.
Alabama now has 19 commitments in its class of 2013, including four offensive linemen.
