Is Florida State 100% out of the running for Byron Cowart?

It looks that way, unless Cowart changes his mind. I don't expect that. As I wrote the other day, there was always reason for skepticism that Cowart would pick FSU::

Armwood prospects simply have not signed with Florida State in the past, and it's hard to believe he'd come to FSU."
