Somehow, this worked.
Quarterback recruit David Moore of Alpharetta (Ga.) Milton High School had an excellent day at the Atlanta Elite 11 Camp presented by Nike's The Opening on March 22. Moore has a few offers from schools like Illinois, Wake Forest, Oregon State and others, so I pulled up his recruiting film and 1:18 in, boom, there is Moore doing his best impersonation of a Derek Jeter-esque spin throw to prevent his team from getting a safety. And his momentum carries him 3 or 4 yards out of the end zone. This is one of those plays where you get into film review and say, "Great job, now never do that again."
What's more? Moore tells SB Nation that he completed the pass.
The 6'2, 190-pound Moore is rated as a three-star on the 247Sports Composite, but being new to the region (Moore is from Texas), he is a bit off the radar and might start hearing from even bigger programs as they move on from their No. 1 targets in the QB domino season.
