NEW ORLEANS, La. — If you end up in Louisiana in the next few months, there’s a good chance you’ll end up at a crawfish boil. The season for mud bugs unofficially runs through June, during which they are readily available.

But ordering and eating crawfish can be intimidating. You don’t want to get stuck ordering too little, or too much. To find the answers to these questions and more, we impaneled six recruits at an elite football camp in New Orleans, and asked them the tough questions.
