Josh McNeil, a talented tight end recruit, has committed to the LSU Tigers after parting ways with the University of Alabama.
I've decommitted from bama and committed to LSU

McNeil claims to have "decommitted" from Alabama, but the truth here is that Alabama's offer may not have been valid after McNeil was unable to enroll for the January semester due to his academic standing.
Out of New Berlin (N.Y.) Milford Academy, but originally from North Carolina, McNeil has more than 20 offers, including several from top SEC schools.
McNeil stands 6'5, weighs 240 pounds and is very athletic. He's also quite raw.
McNeil recently took a trip to LSU, and enjoyed his visit.
"It was fun," McNeil said. "I met with the coaches and players and hung around, and that was my favorite part. They have always been recruiting me, and they still want me bad."After this trip, I really like LSU."
McNeil is a consensus four-star recruit, and is LSU's 23rd commitment in the 2013 class.
