Georgia landed a commitment from a major recruit Tuesday in Jeb Blazevich, who pledged to the Bulldogs over the Clemson Tigers and Ole Miss Rebels on ESPNU.
Blazevich is one of the best tights ends in the country. He stars for Charlotte (NC) Christian High School, and is capable of playing a number of positions, though he is being brought on as a tight end.
Blazevich stands 6'4 and weighs 232 pounds. He carries the weight very well, and has the frame to add considerably more weight in college.
He has been given four-star ratings by Rivals and 24/7, and is listed as a consensus four-star recruit by 24/7. Scout gives Blazevich a three-star rating. ESPN has Blazevich as one of the top 150 players in the country.
Offers: Blazevich holds offers from some of the nation's top programs, including Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, Clemson, Notre Dame, Michigan, Florida, Ole Miss, LSU, Virginia Tech, and the in-state Tar Heels of North Carolina.
Jeb Blazevich is active on Twitter at the creatively-named @JebBlazevich. He is the fourth commitment of the 2014 class for the Bulldogs.
