Still no starter named. And FSU did not release scrimmage stats. Still no answer as to the starter at the other cornerback spot between Ronald Darby and P.J. Williams, or at safety between Tyler Hunter and Karlos Williams. All will play a lot.
The best news from the scrimmage is that Fisher said there were no new injuries.

It’s no secret that the 2012 signing class was full of top level talents and some calculated risks as Miami looked to load up on its big 33 man class before the looming NCAA sanctions.
I compared every preseason poll since 1998 to postseason results, and found you really don't want to be ranked 18th. http://t.co/S6Rb9tChk2

Recruiting
Rivals gave a fourth star to Florida State commitments Alec Eberle and Trey Marhsall. My opinion of Rivals has decreased in recent years, as I believe 247sports has acquired a lot of their better talent. Still, it's a good reminder that recruiting rankings are very fluid and don't mean all that much early on in the process.
Florida State RB target Shai McKenzie should be at the Florida State-Pitt game. He's also considering Pitt and Virginia Tech, among others.
