Update: Add defensive tackle Jay-nard Bostwick and offensive lineman Quinteze Williams to the list, according to the Palm Beach Post.
Florida is reportedly set to suspend starting cornerback Loucheiz Purifoy, along with reserve defensive lineman Darious Cummings and reserve receiver Latroy Pittman, for the Gators' home opener against Toledo on Saturday, according to the website GatorBait.net in a post titled "3 UF players out."
Purifoy is rated by many NFL Draft websites as one of the top cornerback prospects in the country. The Gators have also been experimenting with him on offense at receiver.
Interestingly, the rumor of Purifoy's suspension first surfaced via Twitter on Monday.

Cummings, a junior, was once a Florida State player before transferring out to a Mississippi junior college and eventually signing with Florida.
Pittman, a sophomore, played sparingly for the Gators in 2012 and through fall camp and has not been projected to earn significant playing time.
