JoJo Robinson's quickness makes him a weapon to watch at wide receiver -- or possibly other positions -- in the Class of 2014.

Robinson, who stands 5'11 and weighs in at 175 pounds, plays for Miami Northwestern Senior High School (Fla.). He's a receiver in high school, which is not a surprise considering his speed -- he's been timed as running a 4.41, according to 247. But, as SB Nation's recruiting analyst Bud Elliott wrote in July 2012, his size and skill set make him a potential college cornerback if he doesn't line up as a slot receiver at the next level. While Scout and 247 rank the consensus three-star as a wide receiver, Rivals and ESPN list him as an athlete.

Robinson's offers centered on the Florida area -- Florida State, Miami, FAU and FIU -- with an additional offer coming from a big name out of state in LSU. He committed to Florida State in 2012, but verbal commitments are non-binding and change frequently as National Signing Day nears.

Bud Elliott, National Recruiting Analyst:

Robinson possesses very good quickness, and has good overall speed as well. He certainly reaches top speed with minimal steps. He should be able to offer something after the catch, but he isn't as shifty as the more elite slot receivers.

Robinson shows the ability to wait for and adjust to the football when it is in the air. In his highlight video, he makes several difficult catches in a variety of different ways on balls that were often poorly thrown. He seems to have a good feel for the game and is alert to what is happening around him -- particularly with his quarterback.

I would like to see Robinson run a greater variety of routes, particularly over the middle, because he probably projects best as a slot receiver at the next level. I'd also like to see highlights of him playing defensive back, because his athleticism suggests that he could handle it at the next level.
