Tomahawk Nation readers are voting on the All-Jimbo Fisher Team (Florida State edition). To be eligible, a player must have played for head coach Jimbo Fisher (2010-2013). The qualifications are completely up to you. Do you value overall numbers, or fleeting greatness?

Tuesday, we're picking a quarterback. I have a feeling who you are going to pick. But let's go through the motions to get used to the process. Voting closes at 5:30 EST

Jameis Winston

This is self explanatory. Jameis Winston has only one season as a starter under his belt at Florida State, but it was the best quarterback season in school history. By a wide margin. 257-384, 4057, 10.6 Yards/Attempt, 40-10 TD/INT Ratio, 88 rushes, 219 yards, 4 rushing TD.

E.J. Manuel

Manuel was a very good college quarterback for FSU in the 2011 and 2012 seasons, as well as some spot starting in 2010. A 25-6 record as a starter is impressive, even if measuring quarterbacks by win-loss record is a bit silly. Manuel also won a bunch of awards, and was 600-897 for 7741 yards with 47 touchdowns and 28 interceptions, as well as 827 rushing yards on 298 carries and 11 touchdowns.

Senior quarterback who finished his career ranking as one of the most productive at his position in Florida State history...led the Seminoles to a 25-6 record as a starter - the third-most wins in program history - and became just the second quarterback in FBS history to win four straight bowl games, joining former West Virginia QB Pat White...also went 16-3 in his career against ACC opponents...FSU's all-time leader in completion percentage (66.9), which ties for second in ACC history...ranks among top five Seminole quarterbacks all-time for passing yards (7,736, 3rd), total offense (8,563, 3rd), completions (600, 4th) and attempts (897, 5th), despite only two seasons as the full-time starter...also tied for seventh all-time with 47 career TD passes and tied for ninth all-time with five 300-yard passing games...enjoyed his most productive season in 2012, completing 263-of-387 attempts for 3,392 yards and 23 touchdowns with only 10 interceptions... served as an integral part of the 2012 FSU offense which will go down in FSU history as the most productive ever racking up a school record 6,591 yards which surpassed the 2000 team for the most yards...capped off his career leading FSU to 534 yards of total offense which was the sixth game of over 500 yards of total offense in 2012...ranked second in the ACC and 14th nationally in passing efficiency (156.0) in 2012 and his career total of 150.4 ranks second all-time in the ACC...became the first Seminole quarterback since Charlie Ward to pass for 300 yards and rush for 100 with 380 and 102, respectively, in FSU's 49-37 win over No. 10 Clemson which earned him his first of two ACC Player of the Week honors...calmly led the Seminoles back from a 14-point third quarter deficit against the Tigers, highlighted by his 29-yard strike to Rodney Smith that gave the `Noles their first lead at 35-31 late in third quarter...threw for a career-high 439 yards and four TD's in a 27-of-34 performance against Boston College as he earned ACC Player of the Week honors for the second time...came up huge with his first game-winning TD pass on FSU's final drive against Virginia Tech when he hit Rashad Greene on a slant for a 39-yard scoring play with 40 second remaining in a 28-22 victory...eclipsed 200 passing yards eight times this season to go along with seven multiple TD pass games...contributed 310 rushing yards and four TD's to the Seminoles' running game, which ranked second in the ACC averaging 205.9 yards per game...named one of four team captains and the most valuable player on offense for the second straight year at the team's annual banquet.

Christian Ponder

Ponder played just one year in the HCJCF Era. Here is his bio from that year:

Three-year starter and one of the most successful quarterbacks in school history on and off the field...fifth-year senior entered campaign as the lone active FBS player in the country to have earned an MBA degree (spring 2010) before playing his final season...has collected a myriad of awards along the way, including: NFF Scholar-Athlete; James Tatum Award (ACC's top football student-athlete), Allstate AFCA Goodworks Award and first team CoSIDA Academic All-District honors...won FCA Bobby Bowden Award...first team Lowe's Senior CLASS Award...was also a finalist for the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award and the Wuerffel Trophy...became the first FSU quarterback since Chris Weinke in 1999 to defeat both Miami and Florida in the same season, delivering the `Noles their unofficial state championship by a combined 52-point margin; the largest ever recorded...is the first Seminole quarterback since Gary Huff in 1971 and 1972 to score two career wins at Miami...ranked among the top five at FSU for career passing yards (4th, 6,872), career completions (3rd, 596), career total offense (3rd, 7,705), career TD passes (tied 5th, 49) and career completion percentage (2nd, 61.8)...his 22 career victories as a starter tied for third in school history...despite a season-long battle with an arm injury, Ponder tossed a single-season, career-high 20 touchdown passes with only eight interceptions in 12 starts...his 49 career TD passes tied for 19th in ACC history...completed 184 of 299 attempts for 2,044 yards in 2010...rushed for 180 yards and equaled his single-season, career-high with four TD runs...had six multi-touchdown pass games, including a season-high four against Samford and three against both North Carolina and Florida...Ponder was especially efficient on third down and in the red zone. Of his 45 third down pass completions, 41 resulted in first downs or touchdowns...FSU led the ACC in third down conversions...in the red zone, Ponder was 30 of 50 for 240 yards and 16 touchdowns with just one interception...he led the Seminoles to a 9-3 record as the starting quarterback this season...ranks 24th in ACC history for passing yards and total offense.

The winner is...
